Before consulting:
Previous to his consulting career, Gary held several assignments at United Technologies Corporation including Manager of Organization Effectiveness for Otis North American Operations.
He was also an Internal Lean Consultant for United Technologies where he worked closely with the Japanese shingijutsu consultants. He implemented world wide projects at each of the UTC divisions. Gary was also a trainer and workshop developer and was one of 17 worldwide participants in a full time, 10-month European based program on lean manufacturing and purchasing.
Previous to UTC, Gary was an Industrial Relations Manager where he started his lean education by attending a workshop with Dr. Deming.
